Pay your membership dues online

Membership dues are based upon whether the state of Delaware will partially reimburse us for the plowing of your street.

We have two dues levels:

1. Social members - for homes on streets (Marsh Rd. and Washington St. Extension) whose plowing is partially reimbursed. Dues are $5/year.

2. Members - for homes on streets whose plowing is 100% covered by NHCA (everyone else). Dues are $10/year.

For your convince, we have partnered with PayPal to securely accept dues payments online.
