North Hills Civic Association Membership

Thank you for supporting the North Hills Civic Association (NHCA).

NHCA is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the quality of life in the North Hills neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware. Membership dues help fund the services, programs, and activities that benefit our neighborhood throughout the year.

Your annual membership helps support:

  • Snow removal on neighborhood streets not maintained by the State

  • Community events, including the Annual Picnic, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade, and Community Garage Sale

  • Neighborhood communication through our website, email updates, and newsletters

  • Advocacy for traffic safety, infrastructure improvements, public services, zoning matters, and other issues affecting North Hills

  • The general operating expenses necessary to keep the Civic Association active and serving the community

Membership is open to all North Hills residents. Every membership helps strengthen our neighborhood and allows NHCA to continue serving the North Hills community.

Selecting Your Membership

Please select the membership option that corresponds with your household:

$10 Membership
For households on streets that are not plowed by NHCA contractors, including Marsh Road, Weldin Lane, and Washington Street Extension.

$35 Membership – NHCA Plowed Streets
For households on neighborhood streets where snow removal is provided by contractors hired by NHCA.

Membership is valid through April 30th.

A Note About Zeffy (Payment Processor)

NHCA uses Zeffy to process online membership payments. Zeffy allows nonprofit organizations like ours to receive 100% of the membership amount without charging NHCA a platform or transaction fee.

During checkout, Zeffy may suggest an optional contribution to Zeffy. This contribution supports Zeffy’s platform and is separate from your NHCA membership dues. The suggested amount can be adjusted during checkout, including to $0. An additional contribution to Zeffy is not required to complete your NHCA membership.

After selecting your membership, follow the checkout instructions to enter your contact and payment information. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation from Zeffy.
