Dues

Membership fees are based upon whether the state of Delaware will partially reimburse us for the plowing of your street.

We have two membership levels:

1. Social members - for homes on streets whose plowing is partially reimbursed. Dues are $5/year.

2. Members - for homes on streets whose plowing is 100% covered by NHCA. Dues are $10/year.

To pay your dues, please mail a check to North Hills Civic Association, P.O. Box 9903, Wilmington, DE 19809.

Events/Happenings

We’re always planning new, fun ways to bring our community together! Previous events have included:

• Community Picnic including Annual Meeting - spring or early summer

Snow plowing

The NHCA contracts with a local snow-plower to provide plowing/salting on streets in our community that are not plowed by the state. NHCA is registered to participate in the Delaware Department of Transportation Snow Removal Reimbursement Program.
